Die-cutting and Tool Design

Our die-cutting and tool design department is staffed with skilled workers. We take pride in designing and producing our own tools. This allows us to reduce costs and maintain control over the entire manufacturing process. Creating our own tools also enables us to provide a faster, more cost-effective and functional solution to our customers based on their specifications. When determining the type of tool needed, we consider factors such as material type, thickness, shape, tolerances, end use and production quantity.

Based on your blueprints or design, we first determine the sequence of operations required for the manufacturing of the die-cutting and tooling that will be used to cut the parts and fabricate the finished product. Once that is established, we proceed with punching, cutting, and/or semi-cutting the pieces as necessary. Finally, the parts are inspected and approved to initiate production using our own dies and tooling, ensuring attention to detail throughout the process.
